When it comes to helping others, Jamie Guerra is one of the most passionate professionals on the job. A San Luis Obispo native, Jamie completed his undergraduate work in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University, followed by Umea University in Sweden where he graduated with his Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 2005. He then returned to SLO where he spent four years working in outpatient orthopedic rehab, primarily for hips, knees, shoulders, and the McKenzie Method for spinal treatment. He spent the next two years in Santa Barbara, treating patients in industrial and collegiate-sports rehab.

A natural athlete and linguist (he speaks four languages), Jamie enjoys spending time with his fiance, traveling, surfing and playing basketball. He also dances and performs annually in the Nutcracker and Spring Gala with the Academy of Dance. Is there anything you can’t do, Jamie?
